Sitting room area: Sofa seating 2, armchair, wood burner (logs provided), Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime apps (account required) and Freesat, DVD player. Small step up leads to: Bedroom (sleeps 2): Double bed, Sky TV, French doors to front patio. En-suite to bedroom: with en-suite shower and TV. Separate utility/laundry room - with washing machine, freezer and sink..
