In the parish of Quernmore, the properties are just a short drive from the historic town of Lancaster where there are numerous pubs and restaurants. Leisure facilities nearby include golf courses and the historic Williamson’s Park, which has the beautiful Ashton Memorial and the Butterfly House. Lancaster also has a castle, where the Pendle witches were brought for trial.
