Living/dining room: With 43" Smart TV and Amazon Echo. Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1: With double bed. Bedroom 2: With single bed. Shower room: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack.. Sitting-out area with garden furniture. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Indoor and outdoor swimming pools (shared with other properties on-site, mid March-November at cost). Private parking for 2 cars. Please note: There is a fenced lake in the grounds.. Within the grounds of the Blue Dolphin Holiday Park on the outskirts of Filey, Beach House gives you the opportunity to just enjoy a holiday or if you want to join in all the fun of the amenities at the park (mid March-November), then you have the option to purchase a pass. On-site there are swimming pools, climbing walls, a restaurant and show bar, as well as a shop. This detached house has open views to the front with a large grassed area that is shared with the rest of the row. It also has the benefit of private parking for two cars. Filey is just 2 miles away where you will find a fantastic beach that has won many awards over the years. The town has lots of restaurants, cafés, shops and a large supermarket, as well as train and bus stations. Scarborough and Bridlington are just a short drive away, and if you prefer to travel on local transport you can catch the bus to either resort from just outside the property. The RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton Cliffs is a few minutes drive, here you will find thousands of migrating birds perched on the cliff sides. The puffins attract many a tourist every year.
