With a lovely patio in an elevated position and underfloor heating throughout, this cottage is a welcomed retreat in every season. Footpaths lead away to scenic trails from your doorstep and the local market town of Llanrwst is just a few miles away where you can sample the local cafes and restaurants or walk along the River Conwy. There are fantastic mountain bike trails close by and beautiful lakes to swim or fish in. The popular attractions of Adventure Parc Snowdonia and Zip World Fforest are also within driving distance. Size: Sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom. Beds: 1 King zip & link (can be made as 2 Singles on request). Rooms: Ground floor: Open plan living/kitchen area, shower room, conservatory with countryside views and king bedroom with doors out to gravelled patio area. Kitchen and utilities: Modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with icebox, microwave and breakfast bar with 2 stools. Entertainment: Smart TV in living area.
