Easily accessed off the A387 you drive up a private lane leading to the farm where you will be surrounded by peace and tranquillity with far reaching countryside views and the sea in the distance. You will immediately be impressed by the sheer size of the barn. You have a choice of two sitting rooms, one really large with four sofas, a dining area and splendid balcony and the other a cosy spot to relax, read a book and sit in front of the woodburner on cooler evenings. The well-equipped kitchen with dining area is the place to start the day all sat around the table planning up and coming adventures over breakfast. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms here, two first floor doubles and a twin and a double on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor both have en-suite facilities and the two ground floor bedrooms are located next to one of the bathrooms. With a relaxing garden and being surrounded by fields this really is a place to unwind. Just a short drive will take you to the ever popular historic town of Looe where a wide choice of restaurants and old pubs offer a selection of food to suit all. There are two popular beaches at Looe as well as quieter beaches at Seaton and Downderry both of which have once again excellent restaurants and all of which are within 10 minutesÂ’ drive. When in Looe after watching the days catch being auctioned on the quay, why not buy some for yourself to prepare back at the barn. Fishing trips can be arranged from the harbour and the children will delight in catching crabs from the long harbour wall. The Old Barn offers beautifully relaxing spacious accommodation to be enjoyed all year round. Note: This property can be booked with Ref 975319, together they sleep 10.

Looe is CornwallÂ’s second largest fishing port with East Looe, being connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. You can also catch the river taxi between East and West Looe. East Looe has narrow cobbled streets, twisting alleyways and plenty of tourist shops, whilst West Looe has a lovely outlook across the harbour.
