Entering through a reception area, you will find a homely kitchen with a kitchen island with breakfast bar to seat up to five people. The kitchen has a range oven, granite worktops and is a gorgeous focal point to the first floor. The open plan living area has been recently renovated with the addition of two skylights, and two bi-fold doors allowing access to the garden whilst affording stunning views of the countryside beyond. There is a refurbished utility room containing a washing machine/spin dryer, a shower and a toilet. Upstairs both the main king size bedroom, and the twin bedroom, have access to a large outside terrace via sliding doors. The other two bedrooms comprise a king size bed with zip-link facility to convert it to single beds, and a bunk bedroom. These share access to one bathroom and one wet room/shower room. To the rear is a viewing/patio area from which to enjoy the views of the surrounding countryside, or look down into the enclosed lawn area. The local pub is just a short walk across the road, or Calver is one mile back down the road; beyond in Baslow (3 miles) is the Michelin starred FIsher's for that special occasion. Proximity to the beauty of the Peak District means you can start walks from your doorstep, whether it's a gentle stroll along the Derwent river or enjoying the breath taking views from the renowned Froggatt Edge.
